In the first-ever such award to Ukrainian aerospace companies, Bureau Veritas Quality International presented ISO9001/9002 quality assurance certificates to Kharkov State Manufacturing Company and the Design Bureau Ivchenko here yesterday, BVQI reported. The presentation of the awards took place on the Ukrainian aerospace industry stand. BVQI noted its role helping over 15,000 companies worldwide to achieve ISO9000 certification and other equivalent quality standards for more than 10 years with its team of 1,200 auditors. In a related award, Ukraine International Airlines received its JAR-145 recognition certificate.
