Wagner Gets Duncan Award

Robert Duncan, chairman of Duncan Aviation, and Jack Olcott, NBAA president, presented the first annual Duncan Aviation Excellence Award to Bill Wagner, chief pilot of Townsend Engineering and chairman of the NBAA Board of Directors.

The Duncan Aviation Excellence Award recognizes an individual for his or her significant commitment and leadership in the business aviation industry. As part of the award, Duncan Aviation donates $2,000 in the recipient's name to his or her favorite charity. The award will be presented annually at the NBAA Convention.

"Bill Wagner is not only an accomplished and conscientious pilot, but a dedicated advocate for the business aviation community," Duncan said. "I have had the opportunity to work with Bill regarding industry issues numerous times over the last two decades and have been impressed with his enthusiasm for improving industry standards across the board."
