EPA Considers New Engine and APU Emission Standards

Environmental Protection Agency, in conjunction with the FAA, is considering the development of revised emissions standards for aircraft engines and APUs. The EPA is aiming to release the new standards by November 15, 2000. A notice of proposed rulemaking will proceed any final rulemaking.
