Raytheon Aircraft Services Now at McCarran Airport Pilots flying into Las Vegas McCarran International Airport may have noticed a new Raytheon Aircraft Services sign at the Eagle Flight Services building. The new FBO serves as a satellite to the Raytheon Aircraft Services facility in Van Nuys, CA. It provides routine line maintenance for all aircraft within the Raytheon product line as well as other select aircraft models. It is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and staff is available for customer support during off hours. Raytheon has 14 other service centers in the U.S. and the UK and is building a new FBO in Atlantic City, NJ, which will weigh in at more than 50,000 square feet, including 29,000 square feet of hangar space. It is scheduled to open early next year. "We saw a strong demand for our services in Las Vegas," said Raytheon Aircraft Services president John Willis. "There is a growing number of Beech and Hawker aircraft operating out of McCarran and this new service facility will allow us to respond to their maintenance requirements." Other Raytheon Aircraft Services locations are: Atlanta; Birmingham, AL; Dallas; Farmingdale, NY; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Houston; Indianapolis; Little Rock, AR; Rockford, IL; San Antonio; Tampa; Van Nuys; Wichita and Chester, UK. The facilities in Chester and Tampa are ISO 9001 certificated. By Jim Street | ||||||
