ACES Systems (Booth 5079) has brought its new ProBalancer 2020 system to the 1998 NBAA convention. The unit can perform vibration analysis and propeller or rotor track and balance. The Knoxville, TN-based company claims that, unlike other entry-level analyzers, the Model 2020 features a spectral analysis display. The system provides expandable views of the vibration spectrum, thus allowing detailed analysis of a wide range of vibration frequencies, helping pinpoint anomalies while increasing the accuracy of balancing.
