Bell Helicopter Press Activities at NBAA

Las Vegas, October 19-21, 1998

The National Business Aircraft Association is always one of the most important trade shows for Bell. This year over 26,000 people are expected to attend the show being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from October 19-21. They represent flight departments from most of the Fortune 500 companies as well as independent aviation operators from across North America. With over 950 exhibitors the NBAA is the single most important trade show catering to the important business and corporate segment of the aviation industry.

At NBAA this year Bell will have three of its top corporate aircraft on display. This includes the Bell 430 executive transport, the Bell 427 new light twin engine helicopter and a full-scale mock-up of the Bell 609 civil tiltrotor. The Bell Booth Number is #6463. Bell press kits will be available at the Bell booth.

Also at this year's show, Bell will unveil its brand new 70 Ft by 120 Ft. corporate exhibit property. This is a state-of-the-art display concept designed and built by Exhibitgroup/Giltspur of Grapevine, Texas. The property includes four conference rooms, an administrative area and elevated display stage for large aircraft

We have scheduled three aircraft technical briefings for the media during NBAA. Each briefing will start with a program overview to be held in Room S-206. After each briefing members of the press will be given a detailed walk-around the aircraft.
