Subject: learjet locker video From: Susan Stahl (raisbeck@raisbeck.com) Date: 10/16/98 02:33 PM October 15, 1998 Press Release, Las Vegas, NV Raisbeck Engineering Offers New Lear Locker Video The Lear Locker Video Available at NBAA Booth #6758 Raisbeck Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce the premier of the Lear Locker Video at this year's NBAA convention. The Lear Locker provides new capability for all 30-series Learjets: comfort, accessibility, style, and aerodynamic improvement. The video has been in production since November, 1997. Our film crew visited Bombardier Aircraft Services and Learjet in Wichita, spent a day at the Bombardier Completion Center in Tucson, and interviewed a number of Lear Locker customers, including an on site interview with Rusty Wallace at this year's Las Vegas NASCAR 400 race. Clay Lacy Aviation flew a specially-outfitted Learjet to Seattle to shoot gorgeous aerial footage of the Learjet over Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Rainier. The Lear Locker is fully endorsed by Bombardier Aircraft Services, and Jim Ziegler, Vice-President/General Manager, actively promotes the benefits of the locker. He comments, "The locker helps to return the interior space to the passengers". The Lear Locker not only solves the lack of easily accessible baggage space; it enhances the performance and handling characteristics of the aircraft. Pilot Doug Kinkle of Actus Corp. comments, " We can now get to altitude packing an additional 1000 lb. of fuel." Pilot Peter Andersen of Northwest Executive Air advises, "It [the Lear 35 with the locker] climbs to altitude much faster than a Lear 35, and it accelerates faster." And Bill Brooks, Rusty Wallace's chief pilot, says, " The locker has helped us with the forward CG limit of the aircraft." In response to increased demand for the Lear Locker, Raisbeck Engineering Inc., has implemented a program to train maintenance facilities on installation of the lockers. West Star Aviation, Priester Aviation, and Garrett Aviation recently participated in "on site" training. The Lear Locker is on display at Raisbeck?s NBAA Booth #6758. And please stop by our booth to pick up a copy of the video. Raisbeck Engineering continues a longstanding tradition of improving corporate, business, and airline aircraft performance and productivity through the integration of advanced technology on current airplanes.
