Archangel's Panel Is Just Heavenly

Archangel Avionics of Auburn, Alabama, has received an STC for its full-size cockpit display system for the Piper PA-28 Cherokee series of light aircraft, including the Dakota, Archer, Arrow and Warrior.

The cockpit display system is a touch-operated color display that provides situational awareness, including Stormscope data overlaid on an electronic moving map.

The STC places the cockpit display system in the center of the panel between the flight instruments and the radio stack. The STC kit is available from Archangel for $450. This includes the necessary parts for installation and detailed installation instructions. Kits for other light aircraft are under development.
