Honeywell Consolidating Two Commercial Businesses into One

Honeywell (Booth 2939) said this month it will consolidate its Air Transport Systems and Business and Commuter Aviation Systems businesses into a single entity to be known as Commercial Aviation Systems. Mike Smith, who has been BCAS VP, will be president of the new unit. "We will bring together many of the engineering and manufacturing operations into combined organizations," he said. Honeywell is "retaining the customer focus that has contributed much to our past business success," he said.
