Qualimetrics is promoting its automated weather observing system at Booth 811. The company's AWOS 900 is said to be inexpensive and easy to install, with a modular configuration for easy maintenance. It also features built-in diagnostics to continually monitor system health. Sacramento-based Qualimetrics offers a remote monitoring service ensuring "that when failure does occur, we know about it as soon as you do, and we are ready to provide either a replacement part or an engineer to solve the problem." The U.S. FAA is a Qualimetrics customer taking advantage of RMM, for remote maintenance monitoring, for its 200 AWOS installations.
