EADS Executives Get Ready to Take Their New Positions

EADS will be run by 52 top officers, of whom 23 are German, 25 French and four Spanish. They will direct the business across national borders with little duplication; later, the national mix could change.

Top executives are the two CEOs, Rainer Hertrich and Philippe Camus. EADS' six business divisions will be, with their top executives:|

Airbus: Noel Forgeard, CEO, and Gustav Humbert, Chief Operating Officer.

Military Transport Aircraft (and EADS' interest in the A400M): Casa chairman Alberto Fernandez;

Aeronautics (Military Aircraft, Eurocopter, ATR, EFW, Sogerma and Socata): Dietrich Russell;

Space Systems (including EADS' interests in Astrium and Arianespace): Francois Auque;

Defence & Civil Systems (missiles and defense electronics, services and telecom): Thomas Enders;

Strategic Coordination (including EADS' interest in Dassault): Jean-Louis Gergorin. Axel Arendt will be CFO, and Jean-Paul Gut, marketing.
