Falcon Deliveries to Exceed 200 in 1999-2001

Dassault ongoing expansion plans will see delivery of more than 200 Falcon business jets between 1999 and 2001, the company says.

"This is a very large number of deliveries for a top-end supplier of business jets, but we've been pushing toward this goal over the past few years," said John Rosanvallon, president of New Jersey-based Dassault Falcon Jet Corp.

Scheduled deliveries comprise 40% Falcon 2000s, 40% Falcon 900C/EXs and 20% Falcon 50EXs.
Dassault has undertaken a major expansion of its Little Rock completion center, which will handle 60 Falcons in 2000. In terms of employment Little Rock is now Dassault's largest industrial facility worldwide with a workforce of 1,700. It also remains the primary completions site for new Falcon jets worldwide, though overflow capacity is maintained at Dassault Falcon Service at Paris-Le Bourget, and at Basel's Jet Aviation.
