Datron Systems Announces Satellite TV
License Agreement with Airshow

Datron System Inc., and Airshow Inc., have expanded their existing relationship with an agreement to give Airshow exclusive manufacturing rights for Datron's DBS-2100 airborne satellite TV antenna. Since 1998, the two have had a joint marketing and production agreement to develop satellite TV for business jets. Datron itself has received orders for more than 80 units which have been installed on Gulfstream IIIs and IVs, Citation Xs, Challenger 601s and 604s and Dassault Falcon 900s, since 1997. The new deal, worth an initial down payment of over $1 million plus future royalties on sales, will allow Airshow to produce the entire Airshow TV package under its own control.
