NBAA Membership Doubles in 5 Years, Longwood is 6,000th

The NBAA signed up its 6,000th member last month, doubling its rolls from just five years ago. Number 6,000 is Longwood Industries, a manufacturer of molded rubber products based in Florham Park, NJ. Longwood operates a single IAI 1124A Westwind 2. The company's flight department manager is Paul Moore. The 6,000 NBAA member companies take in annual revenues approaching $5 trillion, NBAA says, representing about half the U.S. gross domestic product. They operate some 8,000 aircraft.
