Honeywell Honors Lord for Fourth Consecutive Year

Lord Corporation has won Honeywell's First Quarter 1998 Supplier Excellence Award for the fourth consecutive year. The Cary, NC-based Lord produces vibration isolation systems for many aerospace applications, including Honeywell Embedded GPS Inertial (EGI) navigation units, which are retrofitted on a wide range of military aircraft and missile guidance systems. Honeywell says its Guidance & Navigation Operation (GNO) unit bestows the award to "companies that exhibit exceptional quality, delivery, pricing and services."
