Lakeland for Gulf Coast Avionics

After 15 years of operations from Tampa International Airport, Gulf Coast Avionics has relocated to a purpose-built facility at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport, FL. Prime reason for the move, according to company president Rick Garcia, was the "desire to be located in the center of general aviation activity."

Gulf Coast employs 25 at its new, 29,000-square-foot installation, which includes 9,000 square feet of hangar space for repair and avionics upgrading. The remainder is for offices and storage for Gulf's stocks of avionics, instruments and pilots' supplies, which are shipped to customers throughout the world.
