AAR and GAMCO Pen F-16 Agreement

Aircraft supply chain company AAR and Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Co. (GAMCO), a Middle East maintenance provider, signed a letter of agreement here at the show to “explore the development of a component repair facility” capable of supporting F-16 Block 60 aircraft in the United Arab Emirates. AAR partnered with Reef Aviation Group on the agreement, under which AAR and GAMCO will conduct initial evaluations for a facility located at GAMCO’s Abu Dhabi facility. AAR says the services will be geared toward improving on-wing reliability, preventative maintenance and rapid project completion.
