Turbomeca Opens Four Support Centers

Turbomeca (Hall 2C, B17) is opening four new support centers around the world, bringing the total up to 25. On June 30 the Scott, Louisiana, facility will join the six other North American TurboSupport Centers.  The location of the Louisiana center will allow it to service offshore aircraft from around the Gulf of Mexico. The São Paolo, Brazil, center will be fully operational August 30 and will be equipped to service a fleet of nearly 200 Turbomeca Engines. The Malaysian Army will receive a support center for its light utility helicopters powered by the Arrius 2k2. A center in Geneva, Switzerland, will carry out maintenance on Artouste III, Arrius 2, and Arriel 1 and 2 engines.
