Free Fuel from Pilatus

Visitors to Pilatus here at the show (Booth 1597) can take part in the Pilatus Free Fuel Challenge and enter to win $5,000 in fuel for their aircraft or car. The company is inviting all operators of corporate turbine-powered aircraft to visit their exhibit and see how much money they could save by adding a PC-12 turboprop to their operations, it says. Using the PC-12 Fuel Calculator, flight department managers enter their current fuel price, select their current aircraft, and compute savings in fuel costs based on various price-per-gallon figures. Pilatus says the results will please: easily more than $100,000 per year relative to traditional light and midsize business jets. The fuel prize will be awarded at 2 p.m. on Friday.
