Flight Options JetPass, Global Access May Open New Markets Worldwide

Among the 1,000 plus exhibitors expected at NBAA will be private jet provider Flight Options LLC (Booth 5601), which is expected to tout the flexibility and affordability of its recently launched JetPass fractional ownership program.

Flight Options' JetPass provides access to most of Flight Options fleet of 215 aircraft in 25-hour increments without the full fractional ownership requirements.

"JetPass offers the luxury and convenience of private jet travel with a smaller commitment, John Nahill, chairman and CEO explained. "This is the perfect complement to our fractional program."

No other company offers the "full spectrum" of fractional ownership, membership and lease of Flight Options aircraft, cheered Cameron Gowens, chief marketing officer, adding that JetPass provides the company a "tremendous growth" opportunity. As an added incentive to join JetPass, new members are exempt from any fuel surcharge for their first 12 months.

Attendees of this year's convention are expected to hear a lot more about the novel JetPass program as well as the company's new travel program, Global Access. The latest addition to Flight Options' list of travel solutions provides private air service for those traveling in Europe and Asia.

Flight Options says the Global Access does not require participants to purchase a block of flight hours, pay a monthly fee or purchase a fractional share. Instead, pricing is based solely on aircraft category—small, midsize and large, and trip itinerary—meaning, participants are charged by the flight hour.

Global Access participants can chose from most of Flight Options' fleet of aircraft, which includes CitationJet, Hawker 800XP, the super mid-size Citation X, Gulfstream IV, Challenger 601 and the Embraer Legacy.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Flight Options is affiliated with the Raytheon Company, which has a 65% stake in the fractional operator.
