Conklin & de Decker Celebrates a Milestone With an Updated MxManager
Celebrating 20 years of providing aircraft cost, research, consulting and education for business and general aviation, Conklin and de Decker (Booth 4815) is in Las Vegas with news of Version 6.5 of its MxManager maintenance management software.
The latest iteration incorporates a number of improvements for its users, with the most significant being a new flexible aircraft status board and the ability to assign overtime factors for labor hours on work orders. The aircraft status board gives users not only the essential information that the current manual board provides for pilots and maintenance technicians, but also an added degree of flexibility.
Now the maintenance department no longer has to view only a few pre-selected maintenance events. C&D's new aircraft status board allows it to view upcoming maintenance events for the entire fleet or by individual aircraft. MxManager allows a maintenance department to designate the type of labor hours that are assigned to a work order. The labor hour factor gives a level of flexibility when assigning time to a work order by identifying the time as straight, time-and-a-half, double, or whatever factor is desired.
The newest version contains further improvements such as additional work order reports, hyperlinks to files that contain information in programs other than MxManager, and additional functionality for the recently implemented alternate part number feature.
