Lockheed Martin, EADS and Finmeccanica Promote Missile Defense
Lockheed Martin has expanded European participation and involvement in missile defense programs, signing a memorandum of understanding to explore partnerships with Finmeccanica and EADS. Initial areas of cooperation will involve command and control, battle management and communications (C2BMC); early warning and sensor networking; interceptor concepts and systems; and targets and countermeasures.
