"Neither our enterprise, nor FSUE Rosoboronexport, can bear responsibility for the quality of spares procured in non-legal ways. Quality of procured material directly affects safety and reliability of helicopter equipment."
The participants underlined the necessity of holding such events. Air Attaché of India, General P.S. Bhangu, mentioned: "This conference is necessary to all of us. Exchange of views between designers, manufacturers and sellers of rotorcrafts and exchange of experience between operators will allow in the shortest possible time coping with the tasks set before the manufactures and solving the emerged problems."
Together with Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant and FSUE Rosoboronexport, Rostvertol is planning an integrated program on enhancing logistic support.
Since continued enhancement of the level of service for delivered helicopters is a prime goal of the plant-manufacturer's activity, Rostvertol expressed confidence and participators expressed hope that the first international conference of operators will become a tradition.
