EADS Sogerma Serves Up 7E7
EADS Sogerma Services, the French-based airline cabin supplier and integrator, is already talking about requirements for the 7E7 Dreamliner following its inclusion this year in Boeing's catalog of approved equipment. "We have initiated discussions with Boeing, especially on galleys," said EADS Sogerma svp for cabins and interiors Pierre-Antoine Vacheron, noting that the galley industry has been very conservative in the past, and Boeing is seeking significant improvements in weight, energy consumption and ergonomics. "Boeing seems to be quite interested in having a new vendor for this equipment," he said. EADS is here at the show in Hall 3, Stand E1 and Chalet C27-30.
