RADA Teams With Smiths to Enhance
Digital Video Recorders
Smiths Aerospace and RADA Electronic Industries Ltd of Israel
have signed a teaming agreement that includes joint development,
production and marketing of data management equipment and ground
based training solutions for military aircraft. Under the agreement,
the companies will implement RADA's Squadron Information Management
Network (SIMNet) with Smith's advanced data transfer equipment
and digital video recorders. SIMNet is already implemented in
the Lockheed Martin F-16Is, scheduled for delivery to the Israel
Air Force under the Peace Marble V program later this year.
