Aviation Week Group Launches New Information Products

Aviation Week Group is to launch four new services to the industry that it hopes will open new doors to much-needed business information. The Aviation Week Intelligence Network (AWIN)-real-time service for global aviation and aerospace/defense industries-has been expanded to form MyAWIN, a new, fully customizable system that allows the users to create their own pages of continuously updated information.

An Aviation Week & Space Technology Archive also has been It enables users to access information including charts, photos and graphs from the magazine dating back to 1998. Each upcoming issue of the magazine will be added to the archive, so it will always be up to date.

Aviation Week's World Aviation Directory & Aerospace Database Online, a service previously available on the internet, has been re-opened and greatly improved. It offers a database of over 19,000 companies and 150,000 products and services. The new version includes a search function by major program participation; corporate aviation section; supplier ratings; preferred vendor status data, and web links to new products from Aviation Week & Space Technology and Overhaul & Maintenance magazines. The directory will also appear in print and CD-ROM formats.
