The Defense Logistics Agency's Defense Supply Center Richmond
has awarded a gold medal to Northrop Grumman for product quality
and on-time delivery of parts and assemblies for four aircraft-F/A-18
Super Hornet, B-2 stealth bomber, F-5 and T-38. The airframer
produces the center/aft fuselage for the F/A-18, and built all
B-2s, F-5s, and T-38s. "This award reflects our employees'
commitment to providing our military customers with the best in
quality, schedule and cost performance," said Gary W Ervin,
sector VP air combat systems.
