Dunlop Aerospace Reorganizes Operations

Dunlop Aerospace has entirely reorganized its manufacturing and services into four business units. The philosophy behind the reorganization is to improve focus on fulfilling customers' needs throughout the wide range of Dunlop Products.

The four units of Dunlop Aerospace are: Dunlop Aerospace Braking Systems (DABS) headed by Chris Lee; Dunlop Aerospace Aftermarket Systems (DAAS) led by David Jennings; Dunlop Aerospace Polymers and Composites (DAPC) headed by Steve Salt; and Dunlop Aerospace Fluid Dynamics (DAFD) headed by Mark Johnson.

DABS focuses on aircraft wheel, carbon and steel brakes, brake management systems, hydraulic components and electronic controls. DAAS provides repair and overhaul for Dunlop Aerospace customers. DAPC is responsible for elastomeric seals and moldings for airframe and engines, fire barriers and electrically conductive seals to protect against lightning. DAFD heads the research and development of bleed air control systems, air/oil separators, and rams and actuators.
