Rohr's Approval for B777 Reverser MRO Services

Goodrich's Singapore maintenance repair and overhaul facility, part of its Rohr Aero Services Asia business unit, now has become the first such facility to be approved to overhaul and recondition the ten-foot high, 660-kg thrust reversers fitted to Rolls-Royce Trent 800 engines on board some Boeing 777 jumbo twins, such as those operated by Asian air carriers including Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines. The first units inducted into the facility have accumulated more than 6,000 flights and 20,000 flight hours.
