Serck Aviation Selected as Supplier for Engine Alliance GP7200

Serck Aviation, part of Dunlop Aerospace Fluid Dynamics, has been chosen by General Electric to supply the main engine fuel/oil cooler and servo fuel/oil heater on the GE7200 turbofan, chosen by Emirates, FedEx and Air France to power their Airbus A380s. The company's lightweight, high-performance heat exchangers are specified for a variety of aero engine and airframe applications, including multi-fluid, air/air and air/liquid and heating. The GE-P&W Engine Alliance GP7200 is a 116-inch fan engine to be certified at more than 70,000 pounds thrust. It is derived from two existing widebody airliner power plants, specifically combining the GE90 core and PW4000 low-spool technology.
