Pilatus Aircraft is integrating Meggitt's secondary flight
display system (SFDS) in its PC-7 Mk II and PC-9M trainers. Meggitt's
SFDS and engine monitoring displays are also on board the PC-21
advanced trainer, set for Swiss certification in 2004. The first
Meggitt-equipped PC-9M is scheduled for delivery to the Irish
Air Corps early next year. Meggitt expects its Pilatus business
to top $1 million over the next 18 months, and should more than
double when the PC-21 gets into full production.
