On Tuesday afternoon at American Eurocopter's NBAA exhibit stand,
customer Lance P. Toland signed an agreement on the spot for a new
EC120 to replace his current EC120 -- which is on display at the
American Eurocopter stand, in fact, and is being sold to a new owner.
Toland, who runs the Lance Toland Association aviation insurance
brokerage, will take delivery of the new EC120 in about two weeks
from American Eurocopter's Grand Prairie, Texas, facility. One aspect
Toland likes about his new helicopter is that it will include factory-supplied
air conditioning, which his existing one does not have.
