CAMP Systems International, of Ronkonkoma, NY has signed an agreement
to acquire AMSTAT Corporation, a supplier of aviation research information,
located in Tinton Falls, NJ. Under the contract, AMSTAT will continue
to operate in NJ as an independent subsidiary of CAMP Systems. AMSTAT
is the third acquisition in the last 24 months, which also includes
Daniel Systems of Florida and Sonovision ITEP of Paris, France.
CAMP Systems president, Ken Gray, said he plans closely to integrate
the two services, resulting in a more robust and expanded service
from both companies.
