FAA To Explain New Rules in Baltimore

The FAA is hosting three upcoming meetings in Baltimore to discuss the long awaited release of Part 91 Subpart K rules for fractional and on-demand operators. Regulators will provide an in-depth review of the new and revised FARs, the reasons behind the effort, the FAA's guidance for Subpart K and how the agency will oversee the rules. Dates for the meeting are: October 22-23 for the Great Lakes and Southwest regions; October 29-30 for the Eastern and Southern regions, and November 5-6 for the Central, New England, Northwest Mountain, Alaskan and Western-Pacific regions. The FAA encourages operators to attend presentations based on their FSDO region. A registration form is available on the NBAA website at www.nbaa.org/subpartk/faa.
