Boca Aviation raised $1,700 to support Angel Flight, which
provides free emergency medical transportation aboard corporate
and private aircraft, with an Air Fare Sampler event at Boca Raton,
Florida, on August 27. Some 75 guests sampled the type of food
served on corporate aircraft, provided by Catering by Starlite
of Lake Worth. Although Angel Flight pilots donate all the direct
costs of operating their aircraft, the Angel Flight America will
use the funds to cover the cost of scheduling and coordinating
its operations.
