Jet Aviation Begins Pre-Arrival Service

We all know how annoying it is to turn up at an FBO and have to wait as long as ten minutes for the caterer to arrive with the caviar and Dom for the next flight segment. Jet Aviation is addressing this problem at its worldwide locations--including Geneva, London-Biggin Hill, Dallas and West Palm Beach--by setting up online pre-arrival services. Crew members can use airborne Internet systems to access a page on Jet Aviation's website, with fill-in-the-blank entries that allow them to request services ranging from cleaning to catering and hotel accommodations.
