Beechcraft and Hawker Customers Can Now WIN

Beechcraft and Hawker customers can now go online to locate parts worldwide. Raytheon Aircraft has expanded its Worldwide Inventory Network (WIN) so that customers can search for parts directly. When WIN was launched in December 2002, only customer service representatives could access the system, which allows the user to view the entire inventory of Raytheon's own distribution system and participating authorized service centers. Already, 700 customers have received parts through WIN, including 50 in aircraft-on-ground situations.
