Nordam Chosen for Beechcraft and Hawker Aircraft

Raytheon Aircraft has chosen Nordam to produced radomes and plastic parts for its Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft, and will close its own radome facility in Salina, Kansas. Nordam will build the components in Wichita and Tulsa, and is also moving its interior products from Tulsa to Wichita. Nordam's Wichita facility was opened in 2002 to support aircraft manufacturers in their effort to shorten completion times. The company already supplies major components for several Raytheon types, including the complete engine nacelle and thrust reverser system for the Horizon.
