Moline, IL-based Elliott Aviation is greeting the end of the
recession with a new completions center, and the "niche"
position of being the only independent dealer with full capability
to sell, service, modify, paint and otherwise support the entire
Raytheon line.
The new center at Moline's Quad City International includes a start-of-the-art
paint facility that, besides improving quality, dramatically reduces
aircraft downtime, says Elliott marketing director Mike Turner.
You've got to make it easier for your customer, because it's all
too easy for your customer to take his business elsewhere. "It's
pretty hard to market loyalty these days," Turner says.
