Cessna Aircraft has expanded its ValuePlus program by establishing
an agreement with Elliott Aviation that lets Elliott refurbish
and sell pre-owned Citations that have been taken in trade by
Cessna for new models. All ValuePlus aircraft undergo systems
testing, and customers have the option of new exterior paint and
interior refurbishments. Elliott has facilities in Moline, IL;
Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; and Omaha, NE.
