Everest Bores Deeper with VideoProbe 300

Everest VIT, Inc. (Booth 2917) is marketing a new remote video display system for visual access to airframes, components and regular inspections of Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 and General Electric CF4 engines. Called the VideoProbe 300, the system consists of a handheld controller with video monitor, a 5.0 mm (0.20-inch), 6.1 mm (0.24 inch) or 8.4 mm (0.33-inch) insertion tube with an articulated tip and 24-Watt light source. The company says the product provides users of fiberscopes and simple inspection tools the "unique opportunity" to upgrade to video image quality "at a fiberscope price."
