Clay Lacy Goes Digital

Clay Lacy Aviation, Van Nuys, Calif., has become the inaugural V-Log, Inc. client. V-Log is a Los Angeles-based digital document imaging, storage and retrieval system for private aircraft aviation records and documentation. Under the terms of the agreement, Clay Lacy Aviation will serve as the first certified V-Log Imaging Center, working in conjunction with V-Log to implement the V-Log system for up to 35 business aircraft in the next few months. "V-Log has demonstrated a high-quality digital documentation method that addresses the critical issues of the security and completeness of records for maintenance, asset valuation and regulatory compliance within the aviation industry," said Brian Kirkdoffer, vp of Clay Lacy Aviation.
