API Launches New Version of e-Commerce System for
Parts Ordering
Aerospace Products International, a subsidiary of First Aviation
Services Inc, has introduced the latest version of its e-commerce
system. The new enhancements give customers the functionality
and features that make obtaining aircraft parts and supplies more
efficient than hitherto. API's airparts.com online order site
builds upon the previous system but now provides customers with
the ability to search for part numbers without using dashes or
special characters; bypass the first page to go directly to the
order page; comparison-shop by showing a substitute item price
and availability on the same screen; create and save templates
for repetitive orders; request information on product or technical
support over the web; stay active on the site for eight hours
without being logged off; and much more.
