Regal's Ready at DAL

Regal Aviation (Booth 468) has opened the doors for business at its new FBO and Customer Care Center located at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). The facility features 70,000 square feet of hangar storage capacity and has approximately 10 acres of ramp space.

"As a global charter operator, we have visited FBOs all over the world," said David MacDonald, Regal Aviation president. "We have built our customer care center and implemented a level of personalized service based on how we like our passengers and crews to be treated when they travel."

The facility was originally designed as a support center for the company's charter and aircraft management business. Regal Aviation said the transition to a traditional-style FBO occurred only after the company "identified the need for a higher level of customer service."

Additional features of the facility include discount and contract fuel, executive lounge, conference room, valet parking, exercise room, crew facilities, helicopter charter, concierge, catering and rental car/limousine service.

In 1998, George Zimmer, founder of the Men's Wearhouse clothing stores, co-founded Regal's executive aircraft charter company with David MacDonald, his former chief pilot.
