The NBAA Convention's Coming Back to Orlando

Previously itinerant intentions thwarted by its burgeoning success, the NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention is now noticeably constrained in movements by its size. As venues once on the rota are passed over due to their inadequate floor space, just three fit the bill for the next six years of confirmed dates, Orlando being the most prominent:

2003 (56th) Orlando October 7, 8 and 9
2004 (57th) Las Vegas October 12, 13 and 14
2005 (58th) New Orleans November 15, 16 and 17
2006 (59th) Orlando October 17, 18 and 19
2007 (60th) Orlando October 2, 3 and 4
2008 (61st) New Orleans October 14, 15 and 16

It is evident from the above information that the NBAA has resisted calls from some quarters for expansion to four days, perhaps being aware of the trend in other world-series aviation exhibitions toward curtailment from five trade days.
