Honeywell Outlet Opens for Business

Why buy new when slightly used will do? Honeywell Aerospace Trading (HAT), launched two years ago as an outlet store for airlines and private-airplane owners, is expanding to serve the corporate and regional jet markets.

The Aerospace Trading Group buys and sells used equipment and excess inventory-helping customers, for example, who want to convert excess spares into cash. The group deals in avionics, auxiliary power units, engines and environmental control system parts. It specializes in Honeywell products but also buys and sells other brands. Honeywell provides one-year warranties on most sales.
