Pratt & Whitney Canada Highlight Support Network

Pratt & Whitney Canada is highlighting its strong customer support network in South America and elsewhere in the world during FIDAE 2002. Hall G, Stand F1.

P&WC is present on six continents, has a 24-hour Customer Help Desk and over 125 strategically located field service representatives worldwide. It opened a new service center at Sorocaba State Airport, 90 km west of Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2000. The center provides convenient fly-in capability for all operators of P&WC engines in South America. Services for PT6 and JT15D engines include hot section inspections, repairs, borescope inspections, and technical assistance.

The facility also offers troubleshooting and repair services, including mobile repair teams, for all P&WC engine models.
