ENAER Eaglet is Ready to Fly the Nest

ENAER's all-composite Eaglet (or Nancu) passed a major milestone in June when it received JAR certification from Europe's Joint Airworthiness Authorities. Plans call for the composite airframe to be manufactured by ENAER in Chile, and for twin assembly lines both here and in the Netherlands. Now all the Eaglet needs is orders to fulfill ENAER's goal of mass producing the sport and training plane.
