BBJ Marks Major Milestone in Region

Flying high: Boeing has just delivered the first BBJ sold in Central and South America.

Boeing's first BBJ customer in Central and South America--Grupo Omnilife of Mexico--is about to receive its newly finished aircraft. "This is a significant milestone," said a BBJ spokeswoman. "We hope it will be just the first of many BBJs in the region."

Boeing had planned to bring a BBJ to FIDAE but was thwarted by all aircraft being too busy.
