Piaggio Announces Five Aircraft Order for the UK

Piaggio has announed the appointment of Sloane Aviation as its exclusive United Kingdom and Ireland representative.

Piaggio and Sloane also announced a contract with a UK-based company for the sale of five P.180 Avanti aircraft (one firm and four options). The first Avanti will be delivered the United Kingdom this year.

Adrian Munday, director of sales for Sloane Aviation, said, "We are all naturally delighted by this news. Our client is typical of the growing number of prospective buyers who demand the highest level of safety, performance, efficiency and operational flexibility."
